What is a production time?
Normal production time for most of the products – 5-10 business days from moment of Artwork approval.
What is RUSH TIME Production?
Your order can be completed faster – 1-3 business days. This is “Rush Order”.
Does “Rush Order” apply for every product?
No, not every product is the subject for “rush production”.
What “Artwork” means?
Artwork or Artwork file- is the Actual print you want to be placed on chosen product. These files must be done in Vector form.
What types of Vector Files accepted?
Most of the files accepted. For example: Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, EPS, good quality PDF.
What kind of payments accepted?
We accept all major Cards: VISA, MasterCard, and AMEX. Also, we accept money wire transfers, cash and checks.
Can I pay in USD or EURO?
No, we accept currently only Canadian Dollars.
What VIP membership means?
VIP – it is a Wild Cat Souvenirs Club member – WCSC.
What is the advantage of WCSC?

WCSC members have 15% permanent discounts for all the orders for all membership period additionally on the top of existing discounts.

Who can became a member of WCSC?

Can I return my product?

No, custom made promotional products are not-returnable.

Does WCS belong to any organizations/associations?

Yes, WCS is a member of PPAI – Promotional Products Association International, UPIC and SAGE.

Can I order my product online?

Yes, it is easy to request your sample, quote or, even pay online for the product you have chosen.

Do you have products made in Canada/USA?

Yes. Many of our products proudly made in America. Please, contact us for more info.

Do you have ECO Friendly and Recyclable Products?

Yes. We have a huge line of New Eco-Friendly and Recyclable Products.

Can your Graphic Designers make an Art files for my product?

Yes. Our Graphic Designers gladly can make any art files or any other artworks for you.

Can you Graphic Designers make Artworks for my website of blog?

Yes. WCS is capable to make any artworks for you, even if it is not related to promo products production.

Do you print overseas?

No. All print works made in Canada and USA. We don’t print overseas and all our paper-products are usage-friendly.
